We built another two high-end residential projects at Millsborough Ave, Kingston, they are Cesar and Camden, consisting luxury villas and apartments. The clients are Proven and Guardian Life for these two projects, both of which are the major real estate market players locally. With villas sold at prices up to 1.5 million USD, and apartments sold up to 600K USD.
