In 2016, Jiangsu Jiangdu Construction Group entered the Jamaican market through a landmark turn-key project: the New Headquarters for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade at Kingston Waterfront. This China-Aid project, valued at USD $25 million, was initiated in December 2016 and completed on time and within budget at the end of 2018. The successful delivery of this modern office complex marked the beginning of the company’s long-term commitment to Jamaica and led to the establishment of Jiangsu Jiangdu Construction Jamaica Limited.
Since its inception in 2018, Jiangsu Jiangdu Construction Jamaica Limited has successfully delivered multiple large-scale commercial and residential projects across the island. The company has earned a reputation for its excellence in construction, innovative practices, and timely delivery.
The company is spearheaded by Ze Zong, Managing Director and Lead Engineer, who has been instrumental in driving the company’s operations in Jamaica since 2018.
